Flexible working arrangements
AMD recognise the desire for team members to maintain work life balance. AMD support flexible hours with a range of options available to suit individual needs. These can include part-time employment opportunities, flexible work commencement hours and time off in lieu (TOIL).
CA / CPA PROGRAM FINANCIAL SUPPORT
AMD supports team members undertaking CA/CPA studies by paying for unit fees and professional memberships. AMD also has a generous study and exam leave policy which provides paid time off for exams.
UNIFORMS
AMD provides full uniforms for Administration team members. AMD also has a company polo shirt that’s available for both men and women to wear day to day.
ANNUAL FLU SHOTS
As part of health and wellness AMD organise onsite annual flu shots. Some offices reimburse team members who wish to obtain the flu shot through a chemist or private doctor.
SALARY SACRIFICE
Salary sacrifice is available to team members by completing an application form. This includes items such as computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. You can also nominate to pay extra into your superannuation.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
AMD support charities both big and small, we hold various dress down days and morning teas to raise awareness and funds. AMD also support local community associations in Western Australia. AMD support team members who are actively involved in community organisations.
TRAINING
AMD support training needs of all team members. This may include professional memberships, structured graduate programs, online webinars, CAANZ annual training sessions, peer to peer training and mentorship. AMD are members of CCH Learning which have a vast array of training videos available for team members to view.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
AMD partner with People Sense (1300 307 912) to assist team members who may be going through some change and challenges in life. These are free confidential sessions up to four sessions per person, per year.
GYM MEMBERSHIP
Depending on which office you work in you may have access to Corporate gym membership. Bunbury office are linked with Vamp Fit, discounted weekly membership costs apply.
SOCIAL EVENTS
AMD team members organise social events including movie nights, family friendly activities, cooking classes, bowling and funded fitness events such as fun runs etc.
