Cliff founded AMD in 1982, after working with two international accounting firms over twelve years. Since qualifying as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1978, Cliff has delivered value to clients in a diverse range of industries including retail, agriculture, construction and professional practice.
Currently operating within the taxation and compliance team, Cliff specialises in Fringe Benefits Tax and Superannuation.

Stephen joined AMD in 1984, and was appointed a Partner of the firm in 1986. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (with Distinction), is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Practicing Accountant. He has assisted many clients to grow from small businesses to larger state based multi-site companies representing some of the largest organisations in the South West.
Stephen offers clients a broad set of services, such as advice on succession and estate planning through to establishing businesses and ongoing financial management. He specialises in assisting larger businesses through skilled financial management expertise and strategic input which involves being part of the board of management of various clients in addition to providing an external financial controller role.

After ten years with an International Accounting firm Shaun joined AMD in 1988, and was appointed a Partner of the firm in 1991. Shaun has a Bachelor of Business Degree from Curtin University, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Australian Human Resources Institute.
Shaun provides business advisory services to a broad client base to all industries but specifically, retail, building and construction, mining and agriculture. As the Partner in charge of Human Resources, Shaun has responsibility for the growth and development of team members’ career paths and has initiated a number of developments in this area.

Peter joined AMD in 1999 as a Partner of the firm through a merger and has over 20 years experience in Public Accounting with local and national accounting practices, including 12 years in his own practice in Bunbury.
Peter holds a Masters Degree in Taxation Law from Deakin University in Melbourne and a Bachelor of Business Degree (with Distinction) from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. Peter is a member of the Australian Society of CPA’s, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and an active member of the community. Peter’s areas of expertise are:

Stuart joined AMD in 1998, and was appointed a Partner of the firm in 2001. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Edith Cowan University, is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
With a broad range of experience in large commercial, manufacturing and public accounting, Stuart specialises in providing clients with business management and strategic planning advisory services.

Tim Partridge, FCA

Tim commenced his career with KPMG in Perth, following which he joined AMD in 1998 and was appointed a Partner of the firm in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA, is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Company Auditor. Tim is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia and acknowledged as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2010. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Responsible for AMD’s Audit and Assurance team, Tim is actively involved in providing audit and related services to a broad range of clients including:
- Large proprietary and foreign owned companies
- Cooperatives
- Local Government
- Incorporated associations
- Not-for-profit organisations.
Tim’s areas of expertise include:
- Audit of financial reports for companies as per ASIC / Corporations Act requirements.
- Compliance audits.
- Internal audits.
- Financial reporting including compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
- Agreed upon procedure reviews, in respect to business processes and internal controls.
- Investigative accounting engagements.
- Business reviews relating to the purchase and sale of businesses.
- Conducting and overseeing due diligence reviews.
In addition to holding client seminars and technical updates throughout the year, Tim also lectured Auditing at Edith Cowan University for a number of years.

Dean joined AMD as a graduate accountant in 1996 and was appointed a Partner of the firm in 2008. Dean holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Edith Cowan University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Responsible for the Mandurah office, Dean is proud of the team and client base that he has built up since the Mandurah office opened in 2005.
Dean has a broad range of experience in audit and taxation including retail, construction, real estate, engineering, contracting, medical, investors and professional services. He also has skills in dealing with complex property transactions, in particular, Capital Gains Tax and GST.
