Data the sweetest ingredient for success
Good financial advice + strong marketing strategy + access to data = recipe for business success.
That is AMD’s belief and why the organisation was interested in supporting local South West digital media company, bureau42.
With greater access to data like never before, bureau42 spends time analysing the numbers to ensure greater success for their clients. That’s because their focus is to drive business results for clients, plain and simple.
Established in September 2018, bureau42 is a digital media agency who provides a unique range of services – from developing digital roadmaps through to data integration and planning media strategy. Their mission is to deliver best in class work that’s transparent, honest and results-driven in its approach.
“AMD could see the massive potential for South West businesses to have access to a local digital marketing consultancy,” Managing Director, Jon Ricciardone, said.
“The ‘big four’ accounting firms – Deloittes, KPMG, Price Waterhouse Cooper and Ernst & Young – have all been active in the consultancy space (marketing and advertising) for quite a while. For AMD, it was natural to move into this space within the local market as they continue to evolve into a fully fledged business advisory organisation”
The business is a three-way partnership between AMD, Jack in the box (https://www.thebox.com.au/) and Ricciardone, who brings years of knowledge and experience in the digital media industry. Originally from Bunbury, Ricciardone has been involved in media and marketing for the last 12 years having worked in both London and Perth.
Looking for a lifestyle change for his family, Ricciardone returned to his roots to lead the newly established digital consultancy and has so far worked with a variety of clients – from BREC to the Bunbury Golf Club, Simple & Beautiful Catering and Plico Energy.
“As a joint venture between a creative agency and an accounting firm, bureau42 understands business from multiple perspectives,” Ricciardone said.
“Collaboration is critical when considering the complex media and marketing landscape. Our strengths lie in digital strategy and planning, including media buying, analytics and road mapping, while other agencies will have different expertise.
“Data is integral to what we do, and there’s never been as much data available to businesses than there is today. We help businesses analyse their own data, as well as provide access to third-party data, to help develop a strong marketing strategy.
“Data takes out the guesswork and allows us to be agile. It means less budget wastage and better results, whatever the critical measurements might be.”
