Personal Assistant / Secretary

AMD are more than Chartered Accountants, providing our clients with a range of services and offerings. Clients range from dynamic small businesses to government, including large private companies and leading regional names.

We are looking for a full time PA / Secretary who possesses a high level of secretarial experience, to support our Directors and Accounting teams. Your duties will include arranging client meetings and diary management; collating tax returns and reports; preparation of letters, lodgement of tax returns; database management and reporting; general all round administration duties such as answering the telephone, filing, typing, scanning and binding.

To be successful in this position, you will be an experienced office administrator; have a friendly and client focused attitude and excellent communication skills; have a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and develop new skills.
